Per officer, per 24-hour day: R1 200 venue and door security, R2 500 tactical officer, R3 000 unarmed close protection officer, R3 500 armed with handgun, R4 000 armed with rifle. Escort vehicles are R3 000 within province and R5 000 out of province per day. We are not VAT registered, so no VAT is added. Manned guarding, event security, electronic security and executive travel are priced per site, per event or per installation rather than per officer-day, so those are quoted in writing within 24–48 hours of receiving a scope. Yes — regularly. We handle inbound executives, conference delegations and incentive groups end to end: meet-and-greet inside the terminal at OR Tambo, Lanseria, Cape Town International or King Shaka, secure transfer to your hotel, movement between venues, and departure. Close protection and executive travel can be booked as one itinerary, and the full movement plan is confirmed with you before you fly. Yes. We run scoping and booking-confirmation calls over Google Meet. It suits clients in other time zones who quite reasonably want to see who they are dealing with before committing to a security provider in another country. Every vehicle is driven by a PSIRA-registered protection officer trained in defensive and evasive driving, route planning and counter-surveillance — not an agency driver. That is the difference between a car service and protected transport.

Five things: officer grade and whether the post is armed, the number of officers and the shift pattern, contract length, the site's risk profile and location, and any equipment such as CCTV, vehicles or drone coverage. We quote against a written scope after a risk assessment so you can compare providers like for like. We do not quote below the PSIRA sectoral wage determination — a provider who does is underpaying officers, and underpaid officers are exactly how guarding contracts fail.

A member of the operations team responds within one business hour during working hours, and within four hours after hours. First contact is a short scoping call — no obligation, no hard sell. Where the site warrants it we run a risk assessment, then issue a written proposal and SLA within 24 to 48 hours.
